We didn't have enough tile to complete the pattern we wanted, but he didn't let us know this until it was too late; so the overall pattern is off. Also, instead of putting thinset over the entire tile, he daubed it on the corners and put a daub in the middle. We are not sure if this method will work over the long-run to hold the heavy porcelain tile on the walls. When he drilled into the tile, he didn't have a diamond bit, so the tile vibrated and grout was knocked out of the walls. He re-grouted it, but there were visible gaps. We wound up re-grouting it ourselves to make sure it was done right.
