Doug called us back very quickly and set up an appointment for the very next day. He showed up at exactly the time he said he would and removed our satellite equipment. He took the equipment to dispose of it, which was greatly helpful to us. He was kind and friendly and we were very very pleased with his service. Very happy with what he did for us.

Everything about the experience was good. There were a few supplies he didn't have on hand so we either didn't do it or he found a workaround. That is the only reason for the half-star deduction.

The technician was great, and figured everything out quickly. I'd definitely recommend them. Only reason for the 4 star is that we had some payment issues, where he wasn't able to accept credit cards during my visit. That took some time to sort out.
