At first this company was great to work with. They did a wonderful job calling me back and following up with any issues about my information and the types of grants I was looking for. After I received my packet of info I found a ton of errors on the application and the research they did. The income they had on file for me was 10000.00 less a year than what I had told them. Also many of the grants that they found were for a lower income and the inaccurate income. Other grants and organizations were totally false or no longer in business. One of the addresses for a grant organization they had found for me was near by so I drove over there. The building was actually a day care and the email and phone for this organization were no good. I have called several times their customer service reps seem to think that there is nothing wrong with the information and have told me that the income really doesn't matter for applying to grants. If I have an issue then I should put it in writing and send them a letter. I have sent 8 letters and countless emails all with no response. I even created a new email address and acted as if I were interested in getting grant information. I had a response with in a day from the company. I just want real information or a refund for the false grants they found for me.
