Are you steadily steamer today for air duct cleaning. Came home to find items missing from my home when I called of course they couldn't find the area manager and when they did he said he would call me tomorrow.. I would think with a company gets accused of theft he would have called me right away but that's not the case do not use this company. Because your items might end up being stolen also. I don't expect my items to be returned or found but who steals a curtain rod. If that's the case maybe ought to pay her employees a little bit more and do a better background check on them this company sucks.

Paid a large amount to have 14 ducts cleaned, they bring in a ton of equipment, make you sign a lot of paperwork at various times and it takes a couple of hours. I'm mentioning this to demonstrate that it is a huge inconvenience. After they left I realized that they missed a duct! Called them and they told me I have 2 choices: 1-have them come back in (all the equipment moved in and out of the house, again!) or 2-take a refund of $20 (which negates the initial cleaning because I still have a dirty duct!). When I explained the huge inconvenience of having them com back, "Marquee" didn't seem to care and reminded me that I signed all the paperwork....which means, what? That one of the many things I signed gives them the right to either uproot my life another day or be scammed out of hundreds of dollars when they didn't do the job they promised. I wasn't mad at first, but the condescending tone of the service operator didn't help and the two (and only two) choices were unsatisfactory. Don't fall for these guys and their sales pitch, it's a scam. Canceled my carpet cleaning appointment, It’s not worth the potential problems.

They always do a good job and don't pressure me into upselling. They gave me a bid that was much less expensive that I expected. They are certified by an American Allergy

This company is very thorough. I like that I have an option to pay a flat rate yearly to get my high traffic areas cleaned four times per year. They are knowledgeable and accommodating. They even send a reminder when it is time to schedule another cleaning.

I signed a one year contract that they would come out four times per year. They also sprayed a Teflon coating on it the first cleaning of the year. I was very happy with the customer service. I did let the contract expire as the carpet aged though.

They only cleaned part of one room, one hallway, and 13 stairs. They didn't have to move anything but one chair. I was severely overcharged for the work that was done. They wouldn't do anything about the cost when I mentioned it either.

They move all my furniture and they put it up on blocks. They were very good at removing stains. I was very pleased, at the end results.

I felt the company was very professional, and they cared about the work they performed. I would recommend this company to family and friends in a heartbeat. They arrived on time and addressed all of my concerns.

I think they are a shoty place. They charge based on where you live and what is in your home. They did not provide a price list with square footage. I had the same work done in two homes in different counties 2 hours apart and the price was totally different.

They gave very good and prompt service. The overall job was very good.

I got a contract with them for four times a year. I've had a lot of other carpet cleaners over the years, but no one has ever gotten the carpet that clean. I just love them! The cleaners are just wonderful. The guy really helped me when I was having a bad day.

They were excellent. The follow-up was great. The manager called to ask if there were any problems. I have used them five or six times. I have used other companies and Stanley Steamer is the best.

I think the price is a little high. Overall experience, we have been using them for a number of years, which speaks for itself, how well we like them. When we tried other companies they did not do the job that Stanley Steamer did. Outstanding job!
