Our HOA has used SVL for about 6 years now. When they started, they were very accommodating and did an excellent job. Over the past 2 or 3 years, though, the quality of their work has gone way downhill. Crews are unsupervised and there is no follow up by Management to check on what they've accomplished. What used to be a landscape company has become a mere "mow and blow" business that charges a premium price for borderline performance. They did several major landscaping/xeriscaping jobs for our HOA over the years, and they were all beautiful initially, but are virtually unsustainable without intensive labor, which they are not willing to perform. I give them credit for doing a great job of snow removal during last winter's heavy snows, but their performance during the other three seasons of the year is less than satisfactory.
