 + -1 moreIt was delightful! Lynn Hudson is who I worked with, he was reccommended by a co-worker who simply adored him. He worked with me to find a house with in my means and was easy to talk to. He didn't try to talk me in to a cheaper fixer-uper, like some of my single friends got stuck with. It was a new development and he stayed on the contractors/developers to make sure he got done. He even found me in Hawaii to make sure they didn't switch cabinets on me without my permission. The walkthrough with him was wonderful and he helped me stick to my guns so I didn't end up with substandard work. Lynn even offered to help me move. His wife, Suzanne, was my mortgage broker and she was equally delightful. I had to refinance my house without her and it was a nightmare. If you are a single gal buying your first house and are nervous I highly reccommend them.
