irrigation systems
+ -1 moreHe did not finish the job. He never added the second valve. I paid him initial in advance. Once I paid him the full amount he disapeared and will not return my phone calls. He basically told me to take him to court to get my money back. He prefers emails so I emailed him and he has not responded.
Description of Work: Hired him to redo a sprinkler system plus add another valve on the system.
