Owners Mike and Michelle Shurtliff have been in the disaster cleanup and restoration business for nearly 20 years proudly serving the state of Utah. During that time developed close working relationships with many of the Wasatch Front’s best professional experts in this highly-specialized field. The pair founded RestoreMasters, Inc. in 2002, and brought many of those experts on board. Our combined restoration experience totals over 100 years. I had an emergency crew come out to my home to extract water within 1 hour after I called. Then, they got me a plumber to fix the problem, then a mold specialist came out and tested my home for mold in the area that had flooded. Then, they came out with machines and plastic like walls, and scrubbed the air and my walls. Then, the mold specialist came back out to let me know that the air mold levels were at a safe level, then, Restoremasters put everything back together. I loved that they knew just what to do and took care of it, being very cost conscience to my needs. The misty smell that I was experiencing before the flood, is completely gone. I am very happy!
Description of Work: I had a flood, and when they got there, they immediately told me what the problem was, got a plumber out for me, then found some mold. They had an independent company come out and verify the mold. Then, they brought in equipment and took care of me 100%. I felt very involved and informed as their communication was great! They even did a couple of little side things for me at no charge. After they fixed everything, the mold smell is completely gone and my sinus issues have gone away... I hope that I never have to call them out again for a flood, but I will definitely refer Restoremasters!!

It's too expensive. I like the work, but I was very disappointed in the prices. I was sure I could have gotten a better price somewhere else. They did show up on time, but they didn't work very quickly. I also had to do a lot of work myself.
Description of Work: They had to push the frame back into the house, put up some drywall, and paint it. They replaced a small amount of siding too.
