It went incredibly well. Jeff and Jess were extremely professional and timely. They were in constant contact with me during the project (I was out of town) and I was pleasantly surprised with the work upon completion. The bid came in several thousand dollars under some of the larger companies, but there was no loss of service or quality.

I talked to other people before Jeff, and they all wanted to either cover over the existing collapsing walls or pull down the entire back of the house. He came in and worked with me to keep the main level of the house intact while the basement was completely dug out and rebuilt. Even when there were subcontractors working to pour the concrete and other specialty jobs, Jeff frequently checked in on the subcontractors and myself to make sure everything was going smoothly. I was always aware of what was going on and why, he showed me what was causing the old structure to collapse, and answered all my questions related to the process. After the foundation was rebuilt to code, he finished the basement into two rooms to my specifications as well as remodeling the bedrooms above it into one larger bedroom. He was always receptive to my input and modifications, never making me feel like a change was an imposition. All of the work was beautifully done and still looks perfect years later. Since this job, I have used him to remodel my bathroom, redo my plumbing, and soon hope to have him remodel my kitchen. He has also built a beautiful deck for my father and done other small jobs for various members of my family. My father and I both have large dogs and he was great about making friends with them. He is always respectful and shows great attention to detail in all his work.

He was on time with all materials ready to go. We had informed him in advance of the measurements of the sink and what we wanted for a replacement. The work went quickly and was finished in one afternoon. While replacing the sink he noticed that the drain pipes were extremely clogged. He showed us the clog and suggested we bring it up with the condos maintenance department to have it resolved. When finished, he left the area spotless with everything put away and wiped down. My grandfather, whom the work was for, is still going on about how much he loves his new sink.
