PREFERRED POOL & SPA INC

This was a terrible experience. Not only were we talked into a twice per month service, we got charged for it and extra items that never even happened. We only wanted a once per month service but, Tom insisted on twice per month for health concerns. We thought this was understandable and agreed. It was when we questioned whether or not Tom was actually performing the service that things went sour. He immediately got angry and irritated, telling me and my mother we didn't know how he ran his business and he didn't need to prove anything to us. I work from home and the hot tub is right in my view outside on our deck for 95% of the day. I only saw him one time in the last 1.5 months. Upon his arrival today (8/2/2016) he was confronted by my mother, she wanted to know where he had been. That's when everything went up in flames! His face got red and he started insulting her. I came outside to be a third party and hopefully calm down the situation so we could actually get an answer for why he hadn't been here even though we were being charged for it. At this point, he threw his hands in the air and told us to find another service provider because "he didn't need this". Well as it turns out that is exactly what we plan to do! See ya later Tom, this is the LEAST Preferred Pool & Spa to us.

Very easy to schedule with Diane, and Tom is terrific at providing thorough service.  He stopped by several times to make sure our pool was open and ready for the season.  This is the second year we've used Preferred Pool & Spa, and we will continue to use them.  Highly recommend them!

Scheduling is easy (done over e-mail) and job was done well. The only minor things that happened were the skimmer door was stuck (they came back out and fixed it) and when they cleaned out our filter, they just cleaned it out on the side of our house, leaving a big pile of debris. Other than that, I am appreciative of their flexibility and thoroughness. Will use again.

The gentleman arrived on time and gave us a great recommendation as what to do with our hot tub. Ordered us a new cover and explained how to clean, maintain and update our existing materials. Really enjoyed this up front and no mess around approach. Great service and would recommend them to anyone!!!
