The store is very clean it's organised, it's easy to find things, it's very attractive to look at things. They have a variety of pet paraphernalia that they would use that they have for sale.

I like that their drop off is early in the morning at seven, so you can still get to work. The staff is really good and they've always just taken really good care of my dogs.

I liked the grooming salon and the first groomer I had was excellent... then three weeks later I asked for the groomer by name and that person had left. So the next groomer I got did a fair job so I was content... then three weeks later when I went for the next appointment, I asked for the groomer by name and they had left. So the turnover is ridiculous and you can't count on the same groomer and the same job. That's the only negative I have.

They did an awful job and had such a bad attitude about it too. Their price was outrageous. I went and complained to the manager at the store. The manager was only going to refund a part of the cost of the services until my daughter came home and pasted her disappointed on Facebook; within 20 minutes the regional manager called and asked me about what happened. She explained it to him and he forced them to give a full refund. I went to a local place which is closer to my place and they straitened it up for less than the price of one out there to be clipped. They were very unprofessional.

Everything has gone well. No complaints.

The girl who did the grooming was excellent because my little cat was not a fun cat to work with. She was very good and very professional. They were ready for us when I got there. I had an appointment and they took us right in. It took 4 hours to do the work. The price was okay and it was within reasonable amount of time it took.

I was new to the area and decided to try petsmart due to the price and closeness to our house. My yorkies were puppies and not only were they terrified after being there, but they looked terrible. They shaved the area between their eyes down to the skin and I couldn't see if they'd trimmed them anywhere else. I know puppies can be hard at first but I took them to another groomer and the older dog has been great there since day 1 (younger dog is terrified all of the time so I can't blame Petsmart for this one). Petsmart grooming might be okay for big dogs, however, they don't do as good of a job as other local groomers in my opinion. Petsmart was pretty cheap though.

We have our two Golden Retriever dogs bathed and trimmed including what Petsmart calls a Furminator which reduces the amount of hair that is shed after the bath. The ladies that take care of our dogs do an excellent job and are always thorough. They also give a complete report of what was done when the dogs are picked up.
Do make the appointment a week or more in advance as they as busy.
Do allow plenty of time say two hours per dog for wash and clip. They do a great job and it takes time.

I am new to Utah and needed to have my dogs groomed. I have never used the groomers at a Petsmart before but felt a little more comfortable taking them there since I really did not know of any other place nearby to try. I called the Petsmart in Taylorsville for an estimate and appointment and was given a general range of prices but was told that they could not quote a price without seeing the dogs and the condition of their fur. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days of this phone call. The ladies that checked my dogs in were efficient and my dogs were ready in the time frame they stated. I was very pleased with the grooms of both dogs. They were at the highest end of the estimates but acceptable. I have moved here from Ohio and prices here seem to be higher on most things compared to there so I did not feel I was necessarily overcharged. The important thing was my dogs were fine, looked good and I received great service.

They are highly competent groomers.

My experience went well with them and I would recommend them to others.

When I call I can generally get an appointment on the day I need. I bring the two golden retrievers in a few minutes before their appointment and they wash and clip the dogs and call me when they are finished. The only criticism that I can think of is that they sometimes do not call when they are finished and I have to call them to find out that the dogs are completed. Minor concern considering their overall great service. The ladies that groom the dogs are always friendly and professional.

My last visit with Petsmart went very well. I would highly recommend them. I really liked the fact that they were extremely friendly and that they were not in a hurry to get us out of the office. I just thought that the time they spent for us was very good. They treated my pet with care and respect. I don’t have any complaints with them at all.

I am a very satisfied customer. Very friendly staff and my dog looked great! I will be back.

I was very impressed with Petsmart's grooming services. I took the dog in and they put it in a small holding kennel and told me they would call me when they were done. They called me when they were done and I was very impressed with the quality job. The dog looked great. They even put a cute little scarf on it to make it look nice. I definitely will use them again. The staff was kind and I could tell they loved working with animals.
