Peterson Floor Covering

I got Peterson Floor Coverings contact information from Angie's List Friday January 10th and David Peterson called me the following Monday. We set up a time for him to come by and give us a quote the next day. David arrived promptly and we had a quote emailed to us within an hour after his visit. He and his crew, son Quentin and Arturo (a man he has worked with for 10 years), arrived early the following Friday morning and got right to work. David went into detail about the process he would use to lay out the tile, addressed any issues with the basement slab and had the tile set in 2 of the 3 rooms by the end of the day.
Saturday they finished setting the tile in the family room and hall way as well as installing a border between the existing kitchen and outside doorway tile and the new flooring. Initially he had planned to finish the job by the following Monday, but asked if they could work on Sunday and complete it then. We jumped at the opportunity to have the basement back in working order a day early!
The team showed up Sunday morning and applied the grout to the entire basement. As it dried they constantly paid attention to any imperfections in the grout as well as wiping the "haze" off the tiles. When they were finished, they made sure all of the extra tile, thin set and grout were placed in the garage, and disposed of all the waste associated with the job.
The finished product looks wonderful! David and crew were very professional and detail oriented. We plan on having hardwood floors installed in our upstairs area, and will definitely hire Peterson Floor Covering to do the job!

It has held up beautifully and it really does look like real wood. He was on time, did what he said he was going to do and the job was finished much faster than we anticipated. Wonderful to work with, very professional. I would highly recommend him for any flooring needs. Even though this was a tiny job, he followed through just as promised even though he had much bigger and more profitable jobs waiting for him.
