They came highly recommended when our old furnace was on on its way out 4 years ago and had to be replaced. We had them put in a new furnace, central air, tear off my old swamp cooler, and replace it with an attic fan at the same time. Appointment was timely, they were willing to work around work schedule, showed up on time, and did a great job. Have never had any problem with any of it since then. They have a great team to work with and they always get back to you in a timely manner.
In July 2014, we had a minor problem on a Friday with central air not cooling correctly. We also needed to replace the filter. They delivered a new filter to my home as one of their employees lives close to us. I couldn't get off work, the filter place was far from my job, and closing before I could get there. One of their employees ran and got the filter and took to my home so we would have it before Monday. It was so hot they were also willing to get a guy out on the weekend so we didn't have to wait 3 days to get help with the cooling problem. It is a higher charge to have them out after hours on the weekend but they told me that ahead of time, and it was a reasonable charge for that kind of thing after hours. They came right out Sat. am, had the problem fixed right away, and were on their way. Offered to come back Sat. night or Sun. am if there were any further problems so we could have a comfortable weekend with the heat.
They are responsive, nice to work with, do a good job, and are reasonable in their charges when compared to anyone else. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone. They don't do things they don't really need to do, are good to explain to you what they are doing, and why it needs to be done. When I was checking into furnaces I got a lot of inaccurate information from people trying to sell furnaces. They didn't do that and showed me on the old furnace how some of the info. I had been given by some was a complete lie. The gas company had also told us the furnace had to be replaced and given similar info. to Performance HVAC as to what the problems were.

.They are very punctual in their service and always do an excellent job. They don't push services on you that you don't need. I have recommended them to a lot of people and they have always been happy with the work this company has done for them.

No problems. Exhaust fan works like a charm and no leaks. Troy also does the preventive maintenance for the refrigeration systems at a restaurant of which I am a principal. We have found Performance HVAC to be prompt and committed to quality work.

Very well. Cost was a little higher then I would have liked but it was a top of the line Lennox furnace with 95% effieiency vs. the old one I had that was about 40% and couldn't be repaired. Work was timely to my schedule needs, professional, have not had any problem with the air or heat and fan works. It took them two full days to do that much work. But, I am happy with the results and would refer them again. Scott Robinson was the installer and came highly recommended from someone I knew that knew him and felt he was reliable and did good work. Support staff at company (Tammy) was very good to work with as well.

Troy came to our house to check out our furnace, which was not working at all. Our furnace is 15 years old, so we were afraid we needed a new one. Lucky for us, Troy just had to flip a switch (we had tried to restart it, but I guess we didn't know what we were doing!), and then cleaned the furnace sensors and the furnace is working now. He even said it was in good shape and should last us a few more years. :) I was so relieved to have a good service call!

They were very friendly and helpful. They didn't charge us anything. When it is time for a new furnace, they are who I am going to call.
