Orc construction

Put trusses in backward, and tried to sneak it past the inspector. Told 5-6 wks. to complete; it took over 4 months; he never finished. Wanted to change his price, said things were not included. Said he could not be expected to know the bldg. code because it was too new (we were working under 2003 code). Used nails to hang the doors (instead of screws). Floors were not level, walls were not square. He submitted a draw stating work was complete and delivered to the city (draw was paid);FRAUD! Work was not complete, scheduled 4 deliveries in one day (frequently) delivery charges add up quickly! Ordered materials not needed; did not return unneeded items; we were billed by the lumber yard. Billed tools to our account and did not reimburse us. Cost us OVER $5,000.00 in problems and unfinished work. Damaged the basement floor. Made drawings on the walls (unfinished, so not covered by walls). I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT HIRING HIM. Puts on a good front, likable at first. VERY DISHONEST!!
