Mike Andrew from Olympus Roofing came out to give us a bid for our roofing and new Fascia and Soffit plus installing rain gutters. The Price quoted was well within our budget and was lower than some companies just wanting to install just a TPO roof. Our roof had the minimum 2/12 pitch for shingles so it needed the water and ice shield all around the roof line. The Olymbus Roofing Crew were early and did a great and professional job. Our roof never looked better! For the Soffit and Fascia and Gutters they worked with Amilio with Gutters Premier. Amilio and his crew did an outstanding job installing the Fascia and Soffit and the seamless gutters. Our house now looks amazing! Job Done: Tear off. Removed existing roofing material to deck. Installed new White perimeter metal. Installed ice and water shield over entire roof, installed synthetic felt over ice and water shield. Installed new Owens Corning Duration architectural shingles in Desert Tan. Installed new metal pipe flashings, and ridge vent for attic ventilation. Installed new Teakwood colored seamless gutter and spouts. Installed new Teakwood colored soffit and fascia

It went good because it looks great I had no complaints it was quick and the only problem that I had is there are nails in the driveway but I will not complain with it since its only a small thing and if ever I will need to fixed something again I would hire them and recommend them.

Work performed as quoted. In fact, rain delay required the job to be rescheduled and completed in one day-impressive.

Vot Dotson was our salesman and he was great - very responsive, personable and knowledgable - as well as very tech savy. We had a number (6 total!) of neighbors who were interested in roofing/re-roofing, and were looking for a quality roofer who would work well with everyone and give us a good deal for all the business we would bring them - a win/win situation. We received bids from 3-4 companies, and some of the others that we had appointments with no-showed. There was quite a range in pricing (3k!) - and we wanted to make sure that we understood why. My hubby is very thorough and asked many questions of all companies. Due to the research and information we received back, we chose to move forward with Von/Olympus. Some of the other companies were not intending to re-roof to the required standards. Von was instrumental in educating us and providing us with documentation outlining roofing requirements for our area.
We didn't hear from the office staff (Amy) for scheduling. I had to initiate that process and it took a little while to hear back. Amy was sick and out of the office, and they didn't have anyone else that knew the administrative parts of the business. She was apologetic for the delay. I hope that they have since hired/trained someone as back up for her. All further dealings with her have been pleasant, and she has been responsive and helpful.
The work did get started later than we would have liked (about 7-10 days), but they had informed us that that could happen - contingent upon weather, other jobs, etc. My hubby came home to find that they had not applied the ice shield as agreed upon and pointed it out - and they apologized and corrected it. It was cold and the weather was turning and they made sure that we were not left exposed. They cleaned up quite thoroughly.
They have an inspector come out to look things over and make sure all is well prior to payment. During that process, we pointed out some tar marks on our stucco that needed to be cleaned up, and it was also discovered that a window frame had been damaged. They took full accountability and took care of the necessary clean up and repairs.
Since we spear-headed this neighborhood roofing project, we're grateful that Olympus did a good job and didn't let us down. We've talked with all of our neighbors that went through Olympus, and all are satisfied with the job they did and have no complaints.

I received bids from several companies when deciding to do a re-cover of our roof. Olympus had the most competitive bid. I was able to pick from quite a few shingle suppliers to find the color and style that best matched my vision for how my house should look. Their terms are 50% down, 50% due on completion. I stopped in their office (it is near by, they were willing to do everything by mail, fax, or email as well) and signed the contract and paid the down payment. At this point in the year they were scheduling about two weeks out. They set a date for the shingle supplier to roof deliver one day and their crew was to perform the work the next two days. On the day the shingles were to be delivered their supplier showed up and couldn't roof load due to mine and my wife's cars being in the driveway. We were home, but they never rang the doorbell. By the time I got a message on my phone it was after the supplier had closed for the day. I called the Olympus office and they arranged for the shingles to be delivered early the next morning so that they could still start on time. The next day the shingles showed up on time and soon after they were loaded onto the roof the work crew showed up (about 8 a.m.). The work crew was made up of three people, a foreman and two laborers. They worked hard all day and were nearly finished when they ran out of shingles at 6 p.m. They apologized that they would have to come back the next day even though they had originally told me it would take two days. The next morning the work crew showed up at 8 a.m. with more shingles and quickly completed the job. They did a good job of cleaning up and hauled away the waste. A couple of side notes that are worth mentioning: 1. When I signed the paperwork I was never told that the driveway needed to be clear for delivery of the shingles, knowing this would have smoothed out the process a bit. 2. There was never any discussion of wasted disposal prior to the work crew showing up. They asked me when we could expect a dumpster of some kind. I was never told I had to supply a dumpster (all bids I received were to include clean-up). I had no way of getting a dumpster delivered that day and I didn't expect to pay for one beyond the price I had agreed to. The foreman called the Olympus office and it was decided that they would haul off the garbage in their company trucks that they had on site. If this had been a tear-off this would not have worked.Overall I am very happy with my experience with Olympus. They did a good job and quickly corrected the couple issues that did come up.

Olympus Roofing did a great job and met all time and cost commitments. I will be hiring them again when we replace the roof on our garage.

He came right up and took care of it. It took him a while to do so I thought the price was pretty fair. He drove a ways to get to me, but he had no problem doing that. He was right on time, there was no nonsense, he went right to business, and it was done very professional. I would recommend him for any roofing and siding jobs, he seems to be a straight shooter. I was very satisfied with his service.

These were by far the best contractors I have ever hired in my entire life. The team shows up to do the work when they say they will. They are courteous, hardworking, English-speaking (important, in case I had any questions as the work proceeded), gave me an accurate idea of the time frame during which the work would be done, watched weather conditions carefully for me while the roof was torn off my house (in case it would have to be covered due to rain, etc), maintained excellent and clear lines of communication throughout the proceedings, did not hesitate to provide references, a workmanship warranty, and a materials warranty. They were even willing to negotiate price when I showed them a lower bid for the same work. In addition, they were able to get a crew in quickly and get the job done within 4-5 days, outstanding for the amount of work involved. They recommended the Flex roofing material, which while it is more expensive than popular TPO products, is energy star rated and reflective, saving me money in the long run on energy costs. I was grateful for their knowledge and expertise regarding roofing materials for flat-roof homes. VERY efficient company, VERY good with follow-up. I couldn't have been more impressed.
