I called Matt Gleason to do an inspection on a home that I wanted to purchase. He was very thorough in his inspection and written report. He took the time to walk me through the home and show me the issues that he had noticed. He was great to work with.

Nygaard Inspections (works with NPI) was detailed and took lots of pictures in his report. He walked us around and explained what , how and why. I received the report by email as he promised. Would call him again.

Kelly Jollands performed an inspection on a rental property that I have at 310 Front Street. He was prompt, detailed and very responsive to my questions. As a landlord in another state, this inspection gave me enough information to make some necessary repairs to the property that I believe will ultimately save me money in the future. I am very glad I had the inspection performed and very satisfied with the services provided. I would highly recommend this company in the future.

Bill Cushing did an excellent job. He was punctual, professional and thorough.
My original appointment was for earlier in the day. Due to conflicts the inspection was moved to later in the afternoon. His wife, Brooke, called and explained the situation and we had no problems rescheduling. Brooke is a pleasant person who keeps you informed and is a joy to work with.
On the day of the inspection I asked for a radon test to be added to the inspection and Bill accommodated me on the spot!
The billing was included right with the final report, which included pictures and well defined, easy to read reports. The report was delivered to me via email in a timely fashion. The cost of the inspection was very reasonable and I feel I received an excellent report for the money!
I was very pleased with this company and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable and trustworthy home inspector!

I called on a Monday morning and scheduled the inspection for Wednesday morning. Dave was early and ready to work. He came with a ladder to inspect the roof and computer and printer to complete the report before he left. He spent about 3.5 hours evaluating the house.

This is the second home Matt Gleason from National Property Inspections has done for us. He is very thorough. He found several small but important issues with our home, including small water leaks and some outlets that didn't work. He uses infrared cameras to look for leaks in the plumbing and the roof. He provided us with a detailed report that was useful in getting the seller to correct the problems. He is great, and worth every cent of his reasonable charges.
