Everything went really well. Rob was punctual and got everything done quickly. The price was competitive. He and the contractors he brought in did an awesome job. In the master shower, they replaced and fixed some of the old pipes and fixtures, installed a new shower pan and all the tile and fixtures. He was even able to work in a curve ball we threw in and installed the niche in the shower. For the outdoor stair drain, he and his crew were able to remove the old, ineffective drain and setup a much better drain with higher capacity and that is better at absorbing the water and rain. Rob also did some research on the best options for drainage in the stair well and helped us avoid costly options that would not work long-term. We're very happy with the result. For the window well installation, he got the job done despite our indecision and patiently worked with us while we changed our minds. Now we have an installed window well attached to the wall in a very narrow space with the drainage gravel all setup and ready to go. All through the process, Rob was awesome at communicating with us, keeping us updated, and figuring out solutions with us, giving us invaluable info based on extensive experience to help us make the best possible choices.

Rob and his team of professionals completed a total remodel of our kitchen and living room and we are 100% satisfied. For us, the two things we were impressed with the most was the quality of every phase of the project and the communication from Rob. Our remodel involved removing of all the old kitchen cabinets, tile flooring and carpeting- but careful removal of appliances that were going to be reused. The new plans involved installation of almost 1,000 sq ft of Coretec lvp flooring, painting of kitchen, living room and hallway, installation of new electrical outlets, can lights, hanging pendant lights and a living room fixture (with new dimmer switches), new plumbing for two sinks, and installation of a fairly complicated tile backsplash. In addition, this all was coordinated with the installation of the new cabinets from a separate company. This was all completed with very high quality-- precisely because Rob has an amazing team of professionals who work with him. Importantly, Rob was frequently proactive and always available to answer questions, give advice and provide updates. Construction projects with this many moving parts don't just fall into place on their own- they have to be managed. Rob managed it all perfectly and his final walk-through to make sure the project was finished to our satisfaction exemplifies the care he takes to be sure his clients are happy. When we have more projects in the future, we will definitely be calling Rob.

I wanted to pass along how pleased we were in our experience working with Rob Morehouse of Morehouse Construction. Rob was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and was a pleasure to work with throughout the project. We had the extra complication of completing the project on our house in Utah from Texas, and Morehouse Construction really handled everything. He also has been very good about following up after the project is done. If you are looking to renovate or remodel, I would recommend getting a bid from Rob.

Honest and honorable. It took me 10 years to save enough money and build enough courage to renovate my 100+ old home. After failing to find anyone affordable, or anyone at all, I received the owner, Rob's, contact details from a friend whose real estate agent recommended him. From the first call, which he answered immediately, Rob was responsive, up front, and honest; so were his subcontractors, all of whom I liked and trusted to do quality work. From beginning to end (whole process took ~6 weeks, which is the time frame he quoted me), Rob was there to make sure everything went well and that I was happy with the result. I am so happy! My reno involved extensive floor leveling and stabilizing; floor and wall tile work; laminate floor and trim installation; wall modification to close and open doorways; plumbing, electrical and more. I fully recommend Morehouse Construction, and I hope to work with them to renovate other areas of my home in the future.

Rob and all of his sub-contractors are a pleasure to work with. His prices are fair for the high quality of work they provide. He worked with us to allow us to do some of the work ourselves, while ensuring that the overall timeline was kept. He was always very responsive and professional. Rob and all the sub contractors showed up when they were supposed and worked hard. When we had questions, he answered them; concerns, he addressed them, even going so far as to take all our kitchen cabinet doors offsite to finish painting them, when the paint didn't stick the first time. I would absolutely hire Rob again. The only thing I would do different is to more clearly spell out responsibilities given that I did some of the work myself. For example, it can be tricky to figure out who is responsible for fixing something when Rob installed the doors but I did the door casing.

excellent! I had to deal with lots of contractors and this was an excellent experience. Everything was on time and within budget. They were here when they said they would be, did what they said they would do. They were always respectful, cleaned up after themselves well. I am very pleased with how everything went.

The process went smoothly and as expected. Project was done on time. Rob had all of the subcontractors scheduled ahead of time. We knew who was coming next and what project was next.

Rob has done everything from small handyman type jobs to full scale remodels for me personally, and I have always been impressed.

Amazing! Rob went above and beyond in every possible way. The kitchen job was a substantial remodel involving significant design and coordination across several different contractors. Rob handled it all, which was a blessing as we were still living in Vegas at the time. Rob continues to help us with small issues as they come up. Highly recommended!
