The windows make things a lot quieter and there are no drafts in the house. The work was fine. There were a couple of minor problems, but they got them resolved quickly. There were a couple of things that didn't arrive, like the lock for the patio door. We still don't have the screen for the patio door because we had it painted a different color than what they offered. We are satisfied with the way things look. When we finally agreed to order the windows I called and gave them my credit card number. I had accumulated a $25.00 gift card, $10.00 gift card, and paid $50.00 for the quote. I went in to get that deducted from the $7,000.00. They said they couldn't do that or they would have to re-ring everything. That was kind of disappointing.

I thought that the work was done very quickly. I thought that it would take longer to replace a magnatron. I was very pleased by all of the work that they performed. I would recommend Lowes to all of my friends and family.
