 + -1 moreWe did buy one vehicle from them that turned out to be a lemon. But it had nothing to do with the dealership, it was the vehicle. In fact they impressed me the way they worked through it and helped me. The sales experience has always been fairly low pressure and good.

 + 0 moreI bought my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon at this location and it was a GREAT experience, so when it was time to get my oil changed, I took it to the service center at the same location. Unbelievable service! I have always dreaded this process but this has totally changed my way of thinking! The waiting area was nice and clean and they had free coffee! I will definitely refer others!

Description of Work: We purchased a used 2011 Nissan from the Larry H Miller Marketplace in Riverdale. The salesmen were outstanding. They went above and beyond the call of duty to get us the car we were looking for. Before purchasing the vehicle, they made sure everything was in tip-top shape and in like-new condition. It was like buying a brand new car. We traded in a 10 year old truck and got an incredible trade-in value on it. We were impressed by the overall experience.

 + -1 moreI particularly like Trevor C who is my service tech. He is straightforward and he knows what he is doing. If he can find a cheaper way to get it fixed, he will do that. He gives me options and tells me things that I need to do now and things that can wait. I feel real confident in what he tells me. He is super great. I've bought packages for a year of oil changes and then I've spent a thousand dollars for stuff.
Description of Work: I use Larry H Miller for my auto service. I take a Chevrolet and a Dodge in.

 + -1 moreThe salesman was absolutely fantastic. He went over and above what I expected from a salesman. I had two cars with me after I bought the first vehicle and he drove one home for me. The first car was $42,000. I would have to downgrade their grading because of the closer.
