 + -1 moreI contacted Kevin to let him know he had the right bid. He started on the deck the next day and it was finished in 2 1/2 days. I met with him, inspected the deck and it looked great. He is a very personable, polite young man. I will definitely do business with him again, as I have another project that I discussed with him, that he will do later this summer.
Description of Work: I needed a deck over a swimming pool that was no longer in use at my rental house. I new the materials needed and approximately the cost before I started receiving bids. Out of the 3 bids I received, Kevin was price was right on and quickly finished the deck in 2 1/2 days exactly the way I wanted it. He was wonderful to work with and come through with everything he said he would do. I am planning on using him again on another project later this summer.

 + -1 moreThe old deck was down and gone on the 1 day, new deck up and build 2 days. kevin maid suggestions that enhanced the deck. The job was done in the time frame he had stated and the price was right in line with the amount on the estimate. I am very pleased with my new deck!
