He showed up at a time when he was suppose to and I wasn't ready for him. I asked him to come out again and he said he would but he would have to charge me for 2 visits. I ended up not having him do the work.

I thought it was great that they explained to me that the problem would keep coming back. They let me know it was best to have it all fixed right away so they wouldn't have to come back again, and waste money. Its nice to have an honest company!
