Jacque Lynn

We hired Jacque for our wedding. At first she was great to work with and we worked out what we thought was a good deal with her. Her service up until the day of the wedding was great. However she showed up late for the ceremony site, had not looked at the location before hand (showing up 15 min early would have solved both problems). Her equipment was dirty and we had dirty spots on most of the pictures we received. Her picture shots were sloppy (i.e. half-hearted attempts at a more stylish shot). The quality of the photos were disappointing (we had a friend who was able to use photoshop and fix up a number of the shots just so we could use them). Also her site was not set up well - we were offered free print credit, however because of lack of communication my credit card was charged for those prints and that was another battle . . . Very, very frustrating and heartbreaking.
