Jack's Sewing Machine Repair Shop

We took my 50+ yr old Singer Sewing machine to Jack. He was very courteous and listened to our situation. Because of the need to get masks out - he put this repair at the top of this list - and was done within a few days. Great work - Great Man ! We are so lucky to have him in the area.

Jack thoroughly cleaned out the old lubrication with had gummed up and solidified, which is what was causing the machine's poor performance. He really lube all the moving parts and the machine is functioning very well again. He also replaced a worn part.

Jack is friendly and professional.  He told me about his background and training in sewing machine repair.  He knew all there is to know about the Bernina 830 sewing machine.  I really liked that he told me it is a great machine and to hold on to it.  He had a lot of machines in his shop and is busy.  In a very reasonable time he had my machine back to me in perfect condition.  I would go nowhere else!

We took our sewing machine to him, walked into his shop and there were sewing machines all over so I knew he was good, but busy. He was very competent and did a good job. If you are in a rush it might not work out, but if you have time it's worth it.

 We needed a machine that could sew leather that wasn't an industrial machine. Jack was able to explain how the old machines could do what we needed and at a much lower cost and one that would fit in my home. He was willing to take the time and teach us how to use the machine and and give us that personal touch. We would use him any time we need a sewing machine repair.

I find Jack to be very professional, fair and very capable working on any machine. Jack's price was close to his estimate.

Jack was very courteous and professional.  I requested an earlier completion date and he worked the repair into his schedule to accommodate that.  The machine runs great.  Super experience and would highly recommend.

Jack asked what was wrong, he took his screwdriver and proceeded to check the machine out.

He made some adjustment and he said it should work well now.

I said I will go and get my check book and he said "there is no charge"

Wow was I impressed that I can work on my project tonight

Jack is a super nice and knowledgable. He was very professional and am impressed he knew so much about my older model machine.

Jack works in a shop at the side of his home.  I just dropped off my iron and it was repaired by the next morning.  Jack was super efficient and really easy to get a hold of and charges a very reasonable price.

We had a really great experience with Jack and highly recommend him to anyone with a machine that needs any work done
