We built our dream home in 2006-2007. Relied heavily on recommendations of Ryan Anderson Construction to use his concrete contractor, Jeff Horsely of Iron Horse Concrete to do all of our concrete flatwork. I not only caught them not coloring and stamping our porch as directed, I requested that they make sure my concrete wouldn't crack or have problems. I was assured by Jeff himself that their preparation efforts would assure the quality of their work. We moved in the first week in January of 2007, and by March much of our driveway had cracked and spaulded, and all of our flatwork, garage and even our basement had cracked severely. When confronted about the problem, Jeff replied, "concrete will do that", with no other comment to view, repair, and much less replace. Now, last year, I had to replace a sunken, cracked and spaulded driveway to the tune of $8,500, and preparing myself to spend at least that amount to replace a back yard patio as well. This man has no ethics or takes no pride in his work or his customers. DO NOT USE IRON HORSE CONCRETE!
