Equipment was presented as top of the line. I had several problems with the furnace shutting down. While under warranty, they fixed that. The last time it went out, they discovered that they had installed the furnace with the wrong size ducting. They replaced that even though the furnace was now out of warranty. The last year of the warranty on the air conditioner, the unit was low on coolant. Instead of repairing the leak; they just refilled it. The next year, when the air conditioner was again low on coolant, they charged me $350.00 to refill it and refused to fix the leak. When I called the manager, he refused to speak to me. Instead he had the receptionist tell me there was nothing they could do for me. I found that unprofessional and gutless. Bottom line, they did not fully stand behind their equipment or workmanship. They did replace the faulty ducting, but they installed the wrong pipes in the first place. Not fully fixing the air conditioner when it was still under warranty and then telling me the next year that it would cost $1,000.00 to find and fix the leak because it was out of warranty, showed me that they are not a reputable company.

I called I Repair for services on an old furnace and they stood me up. They gave me a 3 hour window. No show. Called the next day and they put me touch with Daniel. He promised to make it right if I gave them another chance. We met the next evening (he Daniel, I and a co worker of his Jake) Daniel said my furnace needed to be replaced and sold me a new heat pump. He also noticed that my bathroom was completely demo'ed and offered his tile and plumbing services as well. He promised 4 days which was so wonderful to hear because my contractor had promised 2 weeks and we were into month 2. I paid him half, gave him the keys and drove back home. (condo was empty waiting to get repaired due to leaks from unit above. A renter was waiting). After 4 days I went to see the finished product. It wasn't even near being complete. When I tried to contact Daniel I got no answers. I contacted their office I was told Daniel's wife had a baby by one person, his phone was broken by another, was told by the owner there was a "family emergency" to which I was sorry to hear. I think he bit off more than he could chew. I asked who could help me other than Daniel and they sent a nice man who came and finished up the heat pump I was sold. The tiling, plumbing and vanity, toilet, replacement did not happen. The disposal was on the floor, the dry wall repair under the sink hacked at with a hatchet in a pile, the dishwasher still in the bedroom and the fridge on the back patio. The electrical where the old furnace was that they tore out and the electrical where they put the new heat pump in was all dead. The fridge, disposal, 5 outlets had no electricity to them. Hired an electrician to fix all that. After more than 2 weeks and a loud, rude meeting with the owner Luke Jordan (who told me Daniel came up missing for that job because he was on a company elk hunt) He demanded his money and I said I wouldn't pay him until  the job was done. They came, hurried and finished some. They still have my keys. I had to hire outside help to finish my vanity plumbing and installation, the sealing of the toilet, they didn't do the plumbing as we had agreed upon. They left the toilet with out a seat and a lid. They left several holes, messes and me with so many unanswered questions. We renegotiated what I owed the company with the owner Luke Jordan who proceeded to loudly belittle and bully me in a public place. I took my adult son with me because he was intimidating on the phone. I will never refer this company to anyone. They were unprofessional, immature, messy, elusive. I wish I had my keys back from them...it honestly makes me nervous they still have them.
