Jim gave me a reasonable estimate of the costs up front and stayed within the budget the entire time. All the work was all done very well and to specifications. Jim was also great about keeping me updated and staying on a timeline, which was important, given that I was out of state during most of the work. I was very pleased with everything and would not hesitate to contract a large job with Jim again.
