 + -1 moreJim gave me a reasonable estimate of the costs up front and stayed within the budget the entire time. All the work was all done very well and to specifications. Jim was also great about keeping me updated and staying on a timeline, which was important, given that I was out of state during most of the work. I was very pleased with everything and would not hesitate to contract a large job with Jim again.
Description of Work: Jim at IMHC served as a general contractor for an extensive remodel I was doing on my father's house as we got ready to sell it.. The work included new flooring in the entire house, tile, vanities/counters, extensive dry wall, framing and painting. Some minor landscaping and work on the exterior was also required.
