"We run a reputable business with highly trained and Experienced crews that have excellent customer service and speak excellent English, though with an accent. Mrs. [Member Name Removed] was extremely rude & belittling to our staff. As they began making the system functional, they had to replace broken heads in the grass areas because the grass areas were connected to the flower beds. In order for the flower beds to work properly, the grass heads needed to be repaired first. Rarely do we need to return for a visit, but occasionally there is something missed. When we returned a few days later, the reason it was not working was because someone had played with the programming after we left a few days earlier. We had set it to come on early in the morning, to reduce evaporation and water loss. Unfortunately, reviews are not always fair. We make valiant efforts to treat each customer fairly and honestly. Mrs. [Member Name Removed] repeatedly talked over our conversations with bouts of anger and expletives as we tried to explain what was going on. In the end we did our job by making repairs professionally and programming a timer that was then "re-programmed" by someone outside outside of our control."
Jose said he could add another water line and put it on another timer in the back yard. That improved the coverage a little but we still didn't have enough pressure to cover all of the back yard. I did some research on the cost of the timers and found he had overcharged me for them and had charged me for one timer that was never installed in my system. When I called John Behunin , the owner on this matter he blamed his billing clerk and took $239 off my bill. Bottom line, I spent 1,604.00 on a system that still does not water my whole yard. John, did offer to hook up my system to the main water line coming in to my house for just the cost of the parts which would still be over $400 but I'd lost any trust I had that this would come out any better that his previous work. I paid my bill and we parted company. CAVEAT EMPTOR with these guys.
"[Member Name] stated correctly that we were contracted to repair pressure issues in his sprinkler system. The existing system was in very poor function, with a long list of repairs. Our professional and experienced technicians began by replacing malfunctioning and/or inadequate components. After completing about 80% of the recommended work, Mr. Stevenson was unhappy with the results. Our technicians with over 20 years combined experience performed all work in a professional and competent manner, not replacing anything that was not needed or warranted. Naturally, the system did not function at 80% like is should at 100%. [Member Name] felt like he had spent enough time and money to get results that were only slightly better, and asked us not to finish the remaining 20%. When repairing sprinkler systems, we assess what needs to be done and begin with the least expensive options in hopes that we can save our customer money. Unfortunately, when a system has a long list of repairs, the desired results are not seen until the entire process is completed. Having been in business for over 20 years, we know it is very important that every customer is satisfied and feels they have been dealt with fairly. Because [Member Name] had been fair with us, and in an effort to win a satisfied customer I offered [Member Name] to complete the remaining 20% of the project at wholesale cost of parts and free labor. The offer was made, not because we had done anything wrong, but because we wanted the work to be completed and hopefully win a customer’s loyalty. [Member Name] our offer and our attempts to go above and. The offer still stands. [Member Name] was also correct about the error made in billing. A new employee did make an error while invoicing the work performed. When made aware of the error, we immediately and without question corrected the error and apologized to [Member Name]. We believe we acted professionally and fairly in all dealings with [Member Name]. Yes, at current the system is only slightly better than when we began, but we also were not allowed to complete the work as originally prescribed. We made efforts to go above and beyond to meet his expectations. As of yet we have been unsuccessful in the reception of these efforts."
