.Despite several polite phone calls and e-mails from me, they didn't even have the courtesy or professionalism to respond one way or the other about performing the simple work needed: brush removal, lawn mowing, bush and tree branch trimming. They never came out to give an estimate, never called me back. The location of my home is in a safe, beautiful, gated community so fear of location is no excuse. This lack of response is inexcusable. Furthermore, I told them I was phoning from across the country but that they would be paid in advance.I would never contact such unreliable, uncaring people again. BTW, I encountered in the Salt Lake City, Utah area a phenomenon I'd never encountered outside of Utah before (I've worked in over 34 states): the majority of tradesmen demand to be given the job and say they don't do estimates!

After bad experiences with other services, this service is a DREAM! He is ALWAYS on time, always shows up, does a great job each week including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing and hauling away the clippings. Once he hit a sprinkler and he fixed it immediately (at no charge to us) and made sure we were happy with the repair. It is difficult to find someone so hard working and reliable...AND who does a marvelous job as if it were his own lawn. He truly cares. He has also been very responsive to any special requests we've had (for instance having to change the schedule.) All this at a very reasonable fee. It is a well-run business. We are billed monthly.
