It went very well they remoted my computer and solved most of my issues. I bought coverage for a year so if I have any further problems I will able to contact them. It is a great service.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The service I received from them was very unsatisfactory. My overall experience with them was an F. I was wondering if I should just replace the computer and they told me that they wouldn't go above $300.00 without letting me know. It ended up costing $329.00 and I'm still having problems with it. I called them and told them it still wasn't working properly. They told me it was covered for 30 days under warranty. I needed it for a class so I took it in. He was very rude to me and I did not leave the computer with them. They were responsive but they told me it would take two or three days and it took longer. Their prices are comparable to other companies. I will not use their services in the future.

Adrian and most of his Geekbox crew are the real deal.  I have dealt with Geekbox for a little over a year and they have always been helpful.  I am working with Adrian now to resolve an issue with my computer and he has been great. 

Avoid working with one tech named Skitch Bryant.  He is rude, patronizing and unwilling to actually troubleshoot the core issue when there is a problem.  After wasting time with him I talked with Adrian I am back on track and am confident they will resolve my issues.

My PC is lightning fast, well built and Adrian backs up his computers.

Based on the great reviews we read on Angie's List  we decided to take our computers to Geek Box.  We're very glad we did.  The entire staff was friendly and helpful.  The work was done quickly and at a very reasonable price.  We had such a great experience that we will recommend Geek Box to everyone!  And we will be repeat customers.  Thanks to everyone at Geek Box,

I found the guys ar GeekBox, very helpful. I explaibe my problem and outline my uses for my old desktop. No one tried to steer me to a new and expensive computer system as the guys at Best Buy. The technician, had a long talk with me about my uses of my system, he explained what can and can not be done. Gave me a pretty close estimate on repair cost. Two days later,it was ready to pick up and has run fantastically since. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in the near future.

It was such a nice experience to deal with Geekbox. The guys running this store understand the meaning of customer service. They are friendly, fast, and extremely nice. I will only go here for all my future computer needs.
