Basic service. not bad, but definitely not extraordinary.
Prices were about average, and they happened to be the closest to me when I needed a large appliance replaced. Not bad service overall.

I felt that they can't be trusted and will hesitate to have another warranty through Best Buy.  The warranty does not cover software and it seems that almost every computer problem can be blamed on an operating system glitch.

They did what they said they would do, had it ready when promised and no surprises.

I ordered a double wall oven and dishwasher through Best Buy online. At the time of ordering, I was told that the item would be delivered as soon as it was in stock. I called two weeks after ordering to get an update and was told that both items were on back-order through the manufacturer, and would not be available until after Christmas. Considering this was a present, I though it wise to look elsewhere. I found the exact same appliances at a competitive price through a local distribution source. They had it in stock and could deliver before Christmas. So, I called Best Buy to cancel the order. I was told by the customer service rep that the order was canceled at no charge, so I ordered the appliance through the local point of distribution. One day later I checked the order status online at bestbuy.com and noticed that it still shows as an active order. So, I called them again. They apologized for the error and agreed to cancel it again. When I checked the status online the next day, it still showed as an active order. So, I called them a 3rd time to cancel the order. They assured me that the order was canceled. Today I got a call from Best Buy's delivery service looking to arrange a delivery for my appliances. 3 calls to their customer service department and NOW I'm getting calls? Keep in mind, that they wanted to deliver before Christmas, even though they originally stated they would be unable to meet that time-line. So now Best Buy wants to charge me a 25% "restocking fee" (almost $900) for canceling the order after they tried to deliver it. Had they done what they said they were going to do, there would be no issue here. In the meantime, the appliances I ordered through another vendor arrived well before Chrismas, were installed and paid for (less than Best Buy). Best Buy, on the other hand, is still holding on to the roughly $3600s I gave them when I originally made the order.

I have had an excellent experience working with them. They are very good at what they do and they do the work promptly. They never fail to repair the problem. I do think that they are more expensive than they need to be, but they do very good quality work.

My laptop would shut down as soon as I started it. I took it to Best Buy and they got it up and running. It just needed to be cleaned. I was satisfied with the service.

I would recommend this company to family and friends. They did a great job. The work was done in a timely manner. They were very professional about our job. They performed the work to the initial estimated cost.
