+ -1 moreI could not be more happy with the service they provide. The fees are all appropriate for the services they provide. I trust them and rely on them and they have never disappointed.
Description of Work: I have employed FRE Property Management, now Wolfnest Property Management for the last few years to help manage a condo I own in Salt Lake City. They have been excellent communicators, quick to respond to me and my tenants needs, they have many resources to use to better manage your property. They do a better job than I could do alone. They have helped find tenants, renew leases, they do quarterly property inspections with pictures, rent is automatically deposited, and statements are readily available online.
