The installation was great. Everything regarding the whole transaction was good until I was filling out the rebate form for Rocky Mountain Power. There were only 21 window stickers on the 31 windows we had installed. I called the company to get copies of the window stickers or the manufacturers specification sheets. After 8 phone calls to Energy One / Synergy Windows, and 2 months of waiting, I finally just called the manufacturer of the windows. They sent me copies of the window stickers within one week. Once I got the window stickers, I found that 2 of the windows that were installed were only double pane instead of triple pane that we were promised. I found out that windows that are too small or too big cannot be triple paned. I discussed this with the company, and they refunded me the difference on both windows. All in all, I am very happy with the windows. They are great quality. They slide easily. The screens slide easily. I am noticing our electricity bill going down.

We have loved our new windows! We have received a lot of compliments on them from our neighbors! And we can already tell the difference our new windows have made. They weren't cool to the touch when it was still cold outside and now that it is warm you don't feel the heat when you sit by them. They are so easy to open! It's nice that you can move the screen from top/bottom for added safety with little ones and have the top portion of the window open all while still having a screened window to keep bugs out! We can't wait to see how much money we will save. As for customer service, Energy One has been very responsive and helpful and made sure all our windows were satisfactorily installed. The contractors they used for the installation are great guys as well.

We needed to replace our windows with more energy efficient ones and so one of our windows wouldn't leek.  The installers showed up on time and were finished with the job sooner than expected.  They were very professional and answered the questions that I had.  Removing windows from a home is messy but they were great about cleaning up after themselves inside and outside of my home.  After all the new windows were installed, they went around my house with a vacuum and vacuumed underneath all of my windows.

The salesman was great- explained everything and was very professional about answering a lot of questions. Told us not to worry about blinds etc. took a down payment of about 20%. Installation happened about 10 weeks later, on June 1, and took about 1.5 days. The installers removed the blinds. They were hard working and tried to minimize dust but it was still messy. Broke one of the tiles in a window sill and caulked it back together. One of the windows broke during installation and we were told it would be replaced in two weeks- no big deal. We held back $1,000 and paid the rest of our balance based on their instruction. After many phone calls the new window arrived August 5. They even left a voice message threatening collections for the unpaid balance, even though the work was incomplete and we followed their instructions. After this experience I don't have confidence in the warranty for breakage but we wil see if we break a window ourselves. The windows have been great- triple panes make them very quiet and reduced the heat from the sun in our home. We like the window locks, screens and double hung feature. Overall, I think I could get the same window from someone else with less hassle.

We have lived in our home for 26 years and needed to update our windows. The salesman was courteous and explained well the construction and features of the Energy One Windows. We are impressed with how well engineered they are. They look nice on the outside and add to the appearance of our home. They reduce outside noise and we look forward to the energy savings. They are also easy to clean which is a nice feature!

The thicker windows are also much better at blocking outside sounds. The windows have excellent safety features (which we appreciate with little kids). They are also easy to dissemble, in order to clean them inside and out. We would highly recommend Energy One!

The crew was fast and efficient and cleaned up from the install. Our house is quieter and we noticed it is darker. but the air conditioner has not come on once. I wish they had cut frames outside instead of inside because we have a fine dust now but that is very minor. We are very happy with the product and the basement windows are the best thing we did.

These windows are amazing! The installers arrived on time and were super fast and efficient. We planned on it taking all day but they were done with the entire house (16 windows) in 4 hours! They were amazing to work with and cleaned everything up when they left. We haven't had the windows for even a week but when you stand next to them in the full sun you can't feel any heat coming thru the window at all! With small children we love that we can open them from the top to let some air in without worrying about little people pushing screens out (we have had that happen before with our old windows).I would recommend these windows to anyone!

The 3 workers and the truck arrived on time. They were efficient and clean on removing old screens and windows and transferring new windows into house, out of the rain.  They were careful to use the rugs I put at doorways plus their tarps to avoid bringing any wet grass and muck into the house. They were precise at removal of debris and at installation of windows, and putting in the sealants. They picked up the dozens of sealant tubes outside, plus swept up and vacuumed the fluffs of insulation and grit. I was very comfortable with their polite presence in my home.

Energy One marketing manager arrived shortly after they finished and checked with us on our satisfaction levels. All is progressing well.  I happily recommend Energy One of Salt Lake City for anyone interested in doing new efficient windows in their home.

We bought our house a year and a half ago. It was built in 1984, and I believe the windows were the original windows. In any case, they had deteriorated significantly over the years: staining and condensation made them dingy. So a couple of months ago when someone from Energy One Windows came by, we were interested. They measured all our windows, and last week, they came out to install them. The installers were professionals and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They were even able to replace our kitchen window with sliding glass doors. And we love our new windows. It's a joy to look through them, and they let in a lot more light. There hasn't been enough time to see what effect the new windows will have on our energy bills, but we can already tell they are much more efficient at insulating from sound, such as cars passing by. We're very pleased with Energy One.

Everything went very well. I was contacted a day or two before the install to confirmation the time. The truck showed up just about 5-10 minutes early, which was fine. Several workers followed subsequently in their own vehicles. All the men were friendly and kept to themselves. They didn't seem to mind that I was busy cooking in the kitchen or have 4 small children running through my house. The install was very fast, as they quoted me at 6-7hrs and were only here for about 4. My only concern was with a bit of a sloppy job done with caulking around the windows. I assume they just wanted to be our of our hair and It is not a big deal and is something my husband can take care of very easily. I have already noticed a more even temperature throughout my house, so I am very excited to see what time brings.

There was an immediate and noticeable difference in our home when installation was completed. We could both feel a difference in temperature as well as tell the difference in the amount of sound that traveled in from the sidewalk and street. Installation was done on time and in a professional manner with employees that were willing to answer any questions about the windows. The follow up has been good as well in clearing up any further questions. We love the sliding door that replaced our French doors. It is a much better match for the strong wind that often comes up against that side of the house. Windows are versatile and easy to clean. Thanks!

When we were first introduced to Energy One about these windows, we were excited about getting nice new windows that would look great, be easy to clean, and help us to reduce our energy bills.  The installers came and installed the windows
on Thursday, 3/10/2016, and it went very smoothly.  They arrived a few minutes earlier than the appointed time, and got right to work taking out the old windows and putting in the 22 new windows.  They finished in the afternoon.  I was surprised by how quickly they finished and made them all look so nice.  They answered all of our questions and cleaned up any remnants of the
old windows, and even vacuumed up any dirt or dust that occurred during installation.
We really like our new windows and are excited to see our energy bills decrease.  We?re excited that they?re so easy to clean and open.  Even the window wells in the basement are easier to access and clean out.  The features of the windows are better than we expected:  we can choose to open either the top pane or the bottom pane; the screen is movable depending on which pane we open; they open, close, and lock very easily; and the optional security tabs make it possible to leave the windows open over night or while we?re not home and eliminate any concerns of someone getting in.
This has been a great purchase for us.  It?s a great asset to our home, increasing our home?s value and making us more energy efficient.  We are very pleased with Energy One and their excellent service and follow-through, and we would recommend these windows to anyone looking for nicer, energy-efficient windows.

I do not usually take kindly to door to door solicitors. I answered the door to the Energy One rep and was ready to tell him to go away. He started talking about windows and energy efficiency. My wife and I had been talking about how terrible our windows are the night before. Heard him out and the next day another representative was in my home to give a demonstration. The rep was thorough, patient and let the windows sell themselves instead of pushing. We were sold before he got there, but it definitely helped that he was pretty awesome. They scheduled a time to do the windows and what do you know, they were here on that day and they were even a little early. The installation team was professional, left no mess and installed the windows perfectly. As far as the windows go, I can't say enough. They look amazing, they have already made my home warmer and my furnace is getting a bit of a break. I highly recommend these gorgeous and efficient windows to anybody on the market for an updated look and lower energy costs. 

The Energy One uses installation crew were very efficient and professional. They completed their work in just one day. They installed the windows extremely well with no damage to our home and cleaned up after they were done. We were very pleased with the installation process.

We love all of the features that the windows have and with the great warranty that comes with them. The office staff of Jonathan, Lillian, and Christopher were great to work with and always available to answer any questions or concerns. We are SO pleased with our new windows from EnergyOne. We have already seen a vast improvement in how little our furnace turns on, as well as the quality of the air inside our home. This was a big concern for us since some of the members of our family struggle with allergies/asthma. The other notable difference is the clarity of the light that comes through at all times of the day. I used to spend hours trying to clean my old windows only to realize that you can’t clean a warped, old window. The subtle green tint that comes through is cooling and we look forward to enjoying having lots of light and very little heat during the high summer hours. The final thing we love about our new windows is that they’ve cut down greatly on the amount of bugs we are seeing in our house! Our basement used to be literally crawling with spiders, no matter how much cleaning we did or many repellents we used. Now we’re lucky to see more than a few each month. The installers were very professional and even thoughtful enough to turn my furnace back on when they left for the day so I would have a warm house to return to.

We loving our new windows from Energy One. We already notice a difference in our rooms -  the drafts are gone and we can finally leave our shutters open on these cold days!!! The furnace doesn't run as often. The windows look great inside and out. The windows are so easy to clean and use! The only thing I would change would be to be able to pay the total amount on credit card - to earn miles etc. They set a limited and the remaining must be cash.

Everyone we have talked to and worked with at the company has been so nice. 

The Energy One employees from the sales team to the installation crew were wonderful to work with. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Now we are enjoying our beautiful windows. The windows immediately improved our use of energy by evening out the tempature in our two story home. We were able to lower our temperature and start conserving energy. I am enjoying how much the windows have improved the style of our home. The low e-tint allows for privacy and the protection of our floors and furniture. The outside noise has been considerably resuced making a big difference, especially at night when we sleep. I highly recommend Energy One for the replacement of your windows.

We had Energy One replace all of our windows. The drafts are gone. The furnace doesn't run as often or as hard. The windows look great inside and out. The installers were great and professional. There were a couple complications with our order but everyone handled the issues professionally and got it all straightened out in the end. I would recommend new windows and Energy One to everyone.
