The kitchen remodel was completed and looks beautiful. It was disappointing that some the specifications outline in the hire agreement were not met or difficult to achieve. Sink install is too small. Alcove for refrigerator reduced from 33" to 30". Disappointing. Communications were difficult when messages were not responded to or calls not taken by the contractor. The crew performing the work were very pleasant and helpful. Seemed as if the construction and subcontractors were brought in last minute and it became a rush job even though the planning was started 4 weeks prior to construction. The work had to be monitored. The kitchen construction was completed in 2 weeks. Over all the work is very good.

Overall fairly happy with the outcome but needed to do a lot of legwork and sourcing ourselves. Wish that communication had been better. Was not good about providing updates on price increases.

This is the slowest company. Paul Harmon will tell you he will be their and you have to wait two weeks. Work was fantastic when they would show up. My job was to be done by the 27 of August and 2 month later we are still waiting. We gave up and hired a different co whom has been on top of every thing Paul Harmons company did not finish. Be aware of this company.

They just do really good work. They get things done on time efficiently. They are clean and trustworthy

Eagle Pointe remodeled my kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen cabinets turned out beautifully! I have been very happy with the work that they did except for the bathroom tile. They cranked up the heat after laying it and allowed it to dry too fast. They tried regrouting it but after 4 months it is beginning to crack. Paul assured me that this wouldn’t happen. I am very disappointed with it.

My kitchen remodel was started over a year ago. It still isn't finished. Paul kept promising to come but never did. They never finished the venting under the new cabinets so the air just blew around and there was an open hole where the cover should go. The sink baskets were sealed in with improper sealant that never dried and then started to chip out. The drain piece was set so high the water never fully drained from the sink. They replaced the windowsill but didn't fill in the area underneath that had a 1" gap from where the old windowsill was pulled out. The workmen tried to get away with spot painting around our new lights with paint that didn't match. Paul promised he could match our flooring if we changed the floor plan. He couldn't, but not from lack of trying. We had an extra box in the garage which could have reached the end of the room had it been laid more strategically. For instance, if they had used scraps under the dishwasher that never would have shown, it could have made it to the end of the room. It wasn't, so we ended up having a gap at the end of our kitchen with no flooring. My husband ended up patching the end of the room with scraps that didn't have the tongue in groove so it's kind of loose and squeaky. They bid for the cheapest materials so if you want anything above the plainest cabinets and counters, you'll end up spending thousands more. We went $5,000 over bid and he didn't even do all the things he promised like painting our stair rails. He constantly said how he wasn't making money on this job which I can't imagine considering how much we got charged for labor and how much was actually done. The general workers spend most of their time on my porch, which my neighbors even commented on. This was the most expensive mistake of my life. The work done by Chris and Dick's was wonderful. The cabinets and counter tops themselves are beautiful. The electrician did a great job, the drywall seemed to be done well. It's just sad not to get a finished product when you've spend so much money.

They did a good job on finishing my basement. Only minor issues but overall I would recommend them.

Highly recommended staff is very friendly. Nate is detailed, hard workering, and takes individual interested in our likes, wants, and needs.

I would not recommend

This company did a great job on our basement remodel- tearing down walls, putting in a beam, moving plumbing, wiring, sheetrock, etc. They were fast and the work was well done. All of the workers were friendly. I recommend them!

Wonderful to work with

Working with Paul at Eagle Pointe was a great overall experience. Paul went the extra mile to make things right with the project even after running into some unexpected issues. He and his team found work arounds and pushed through. The quality of the work was outstanding and even though we ran into unexpected difficulties they kept at it and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend Eagle Pointe Construction!

Good so far. Kitchen remodel is not finished yet but progress has been made every day.

They worked hard at doing the work that we wanted. We would have had a better experience had they received detailed information of what we wanted.

II hired Eagle Point Construction to remodel my basement bathroom and it was an Awesome experience! . Paul and his associates are professional and provided me with quality customized services. My bathroom remodel turned into a much bigger project then originally proposed and they were willing to listen, make changes, and accept additional projects. The guys (as I call them) went above and beyond normal expectations to make sure that every aspect of the rebuild was covered. My basement and my living room look like a brand new home, and I am excited to show it all off. They did a wonderful job and I will be using them in the future when I am ready to do the kitchen. I will refer them to any and all that ask.

I had a great experience with Paul Harmon and his team. The work is beautiful and I have received many "WOWS' from friends and family. They listen to my desires, make suggestions and talk through issues. As with any remodel you have a mess but at the end of each day Paul would clean and leave the house relatively neat. I would and have recommend Eagle Point Const to others.
