gas leak repair
 + -1 moreThey were a huge disappointment. At first, they seemed great and even called within an hour and scheduled me on the following Monday. I took the day off for the appointment they didn't show or call me. I didn't hear anything from them until I called them, and she told me he had an emergency he had to go to first. I wouldn't have cared if they had called me. This happened two times, and the last time I canceled on them because I found a better, and more reliable company
Description of Work: Gave me an estimate to run a new gas line to a new appliance.

 + -1 moreOverall, it was a pretty good experience! They wore protective gear, they were thorough, prompt, and had it completed in one day. Their diagnosis guy was impressive and very thorough, he ran test id never heard of and explained his findings. He then presented each option and let us decide what we wanted to do. We ended up purchasing a new unit that came with a 10-year appliance warranty and a one-year service warranty.
Description of Work: They installed a new HVAC system unit.
