Overall, it was a pretty good experience! They wore protective gear, they were thorough, prompt, and had it completed in one day. Their diagnosis guy was impressive and very thorough, he ran test id never heard of and explained his findings. He then presented each option and let us decide what we wanted to do. We ended up purchasing a new unit that came with a 10-year appliance warranty and a one-year service warranty.
