The granite I selected was sold, between 5pm and 9am the sale was made. I choose a diffrent color stone and wanted a undermont sink. I was informed that the Free Granite Vanity Giveaway came only with a top mount sink. I would have to pay for the mounting and the polishing of the granite around the sink hole. Next I was told that the Free Granite Vanity Giveaway did not come with a backsplash. I wanted the backsplash and said I would pay for that. After several no shows I spoke to Joe Vidgil and was told I would get taken care of. The next day the crew came out with a contertop and sink and backsplashes. The area under the sink was not ground down and was chipped, the backsplash did not go all the way to the end of the wall. the sink was to big for the size of the vanity. I was given a bill for instalation, the cutting of the hole and the polishing of the hole, and the backsplashes. I was very upset. I called Joe and he told me they could bring my old countertop back, Then he said he would fix it for me. Joe explained that the sink never came with the Free Granite Vanity Giveaway Sweepstakes. The polishing of the hole extra as was the sink and the mounting of the sink to the granite and that his price was the best in the valley and everyone charge fifty. Ther was no charge for delivering the vanity top. Joe said he would hold my check and I could make him out a new check when he fixed the problems. The chips around the sink they filled, They never offered to replace the top with the correct size sink. They did replace the one backsplash. In the process the new top was chipped. I was told the granite was a soft stone, I wrote out a new check for $150. and they left. Because the sink was so big my plummer had a difficult time putting the fawcet back in. There is still a black mark around the sink from there glue. I was not given a choice of what edge I wanted. and so you can see where the granite has been glued. The Free Granite Vanity Giveway Sweeepstakes ended up costing me half of what another company bid the job for. On the flyer for Countertops Utah the following is printed," We are a local employee owned company that offers custom affordable graniter countertops and cabinetry. Our one and only mission is to satisfy our customers." I beleive they missed the mark with me on that one.
