They showed up a week late to begin with. They said they were going to be here this Monday and later showed up the next Monday. They tried to tell me that I was the confused one but I wasn’t confused. They were not good at returning calls, being on time and showing up. Last week, I called them and told them; it’s been seven months and you haven’t comeback; He said, he thought I was mad at him. I asked him to come over and fix my fence and I wanted my panels back too. He said he doesn’t have my panels, anymore so I asked him to check and call me back. He never called me back; so, I had to call another fence company. My original fence company told me that three of the posts have to be dug out and replaced. I am mad because it took forever. After he did the work, four trees died in the park strip which he told me he would replace. Two months passed and I kept calling him. I told him that if he didn’t replace them immediately then I would put a complaint against him at the, better business bureau; and, I got my trees replaced. I didn’t lodge a complaint until last week; when, he told me he didn’t have my custom made wrought iron panels, anymore. They were expensive. It was an awful experience and would not recommend them. I like the way the yard looks but I don’t like the fact that it took too long and, that they never showed up and of course I didn’t like the way they handled the fence. My yard turned out lovely, it really did; but, it wasn’t worth the heartache. It was frustrating to keep calling them and checking when they were coming. Their price was competitive but I would never use them again.
