I'll start off with the bad as there was only 1 negative issue, however it was resolved quickly.
They came out with incorrect parts after measurements were done by a consultant. They went back to get the correct parts and were back at my home within 45 minutes. This was not a huge negative for me as it was already my day off and was going to be home all day anyway. So at most I would dock a 1/2 star (if there were such ratings on this site).
On to the positives!
Both gentlemen who came to the house were very courteous
They were both efficient with their work
Both the linen closet and the walk-in turned out better than my original expectations
I did bid out this project to multiple companies throughout the valley. Closet Organizers were not the least cost option for me, but I did get the best vibe from their consultant compared to the others. Ultimately his professionalism and knowledge of my needs (honestly even more than I new what I needed) and was able to design exactly what I was looking for.
I would, and have, recommended this company to anyone who is looking for closet organizations.

Excellent. Received free estimate followed by written bid online with installation sketch. Very professional. Installation was quick and well done including clean-up.

They were easy to work with. They were very fair. They did do some things wrong, but they fixed it all, at their own expense.
