They came right away and did the easy fix without messing up my yard with drains which other providers recommended. They patched the wall and it hasn't leaked since.

They work FAST!, they don't want to "chat" or tell funny stories.  They will shop for your items for you and give you a good deal on them, the positive attitude is amazing.  What I find most amazing is the care not to damage anything AND the clean up.  You will never know they are there.  And when it comes to price, if you want cheap, don't hire them.  If you want it done the right way with no hassle, hire them.  I have found over the years that they work so fast, their higher rates don't matter when compared with other companies.  And when you are tempted to "low ball" a repair, they will be willing to do it, but will explain the ramifications of that option.  Ultimately, they want to do the best work possible.

In early July 2013, I called Bob's remodeling to replace the wax ring on my toilet.  He had one of his workers come to my house to repair.  The worker was there approximately 15-20 minutes.  Bob said they wouold mail me an invoice.  I received my invoice, which was a reasonable price ($78.00), however my toilet began leaking again a couple of weeks later.
I called Bob back and asked if they could come out again.  He said they would be there in the middle of the week due to a big job they were working on.  I called Bob that Thursday because I had not heard from him.  He said they would be out on Friday.  No call on Friday.  I called him the following Monday and said that I had not heard from him and if they could come out.  He said he would call me to come out.  I then said "no thank you."  You said you were coming out last week.  You mentioned two different days and did not even call me.  I said I will call a plumber and asked for a refund.  He said his worker replaced the wax ring and even doubled the wax ring.  He said when your plumber comes over ask him.  I did get a plumber to come out (the same day).  He said the person who repaired the toilet last (Bob's Remodeling) did not tighten the bolts and the toilet was very loose.  He said the would replace the wax rings (again) and tighten the bolts.
My complaint is when you tell someone that you are going to come out and do the work then keep your word.  My time is just as valuable as theirs.

He is very good and professional. I will use him again.

It went really well, and I was very satisfied with the work.  The gentleman worked quickly, cleaned up after himself, and did a great job.

The job went great.  I would use them again. I liked their professionalism.  My cousin who was visiting who does handymen work looked at the work and the way he did things and it was really good. Sometimes he would hide just to see what they were doing.

Installer was professional and personable. Bob only has employees who are dependable and trustworthy. I would let these guys work in my house even if we were not at home, they are that good!

It was very good. I have been very happy with him. I would highly recommend him to other people.
