Joseph showed up on time, was easy to work with, and performed the maintenance service well. A year later, I called to make an appointment with him again. I left a voicemail, but did not get a return call, I called him again and he said he was not in a position to set up an appointment and that he would call me back later. I never received the follow-up call so I decided to go with someone else.

Prompt, polite, and professional. They took care of a broken pipe that was surrounded by tree roots and difficult to get to, and completed the work at a reasonable price. They kept us informed throughout the job and cleaned up when finished. We appreciated their friendliness and can-do attitude. We had several broken sprinklers and needed to get some help quickly. They came the same day we called. It was a Saturday evening after they finished another job and they came anyway. The young man was competent and went to work immediately. He needed some parts he didn't have but was back on Monday morning early to finish the job. We were extremely pleased with the result and the cost was less than we expected. We would definitely use them again.
