I have been using ASAP Plumbing for about 8 years for rental properties and my own home. They have done all sorts of jobs for me to fix toilets, drains, faucets, water heaters and pipes. They can do any plumbing job I have ever needed and are honest and courteous. I’m so glad to have a plumber I can trust and I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing job.

Kevin with ASAP Plumbing is great to work with. Very professional and dose a great job. I have used him on numerous remodels.

It went well. It took about 1/2 hour. He said it was easier because they had previously replaced our broken hand (gate) valve for the house water, with a 3/4 inch ball valve.

Problem was other than facet which they replaced, but they came back at no charge within 20 minutes of calling and remedied the problem at no cost. Was the water filter next to sink.

In less than 2 hours he completed the work. He came a little earlier than we expected, which was no problem. We were very pleased: We felt that if anything, he undercharged us for what he did.

Steve was great! I called to have repairs done prior to a sale of a condo, and he was on time, honest, and fixed everything in no time.

The only bad thing I have to say is, he does not go out to Tooele. I wish!

I would hire him again in a heartbeat if I lived in the Salt Lake area.

Kevin has done a number of plumbing jobs in our house

He was very nice and very professional didn't try to sale more than what was needed

He was a little late which is just fine. My only issue was I thought I was getting a bid and he just started doing the work. His pricing ended up being a little more on one project but less on another so it balanced out as far as pricing goes. My tenant was the one that interacted with Kevin & she liked him and felt he really knew his stuff. He was very fast & professional in his work

Saturday around 5 PM I noticed a ceiling leak in my basement, checked it out, and felt it needed immediate attention. Provider offered friendly advice by phone, which I did. Later called him back and asked him to come to my home. He arrived even sooner than he estimated. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. He was friendly, helpful, and thorough. He did not suggest unnecessary work, time, or effort. He was able to fix the problem with no parts and the only charge was the fee for an hour of time after hours. The after-hours rate was very reasonable, and I am impressed with the service.

UPDATE: Upon noticing that the leak that we thought was fixed was still leaking we called to have ASAP return and resolve the issue.  There was a 90 day guarantee on the work so there was no charge to come over.  In order to test that the leak was corrected the technician turned the hot and cold water on multiple times to ensure completion.  After testing the leak was fixed, the hot water knob would not fully turn the water off.  So the technician asked would you like to me to fix this?  I replied yes, I mean we can't leave the water running.  After taking the fixture apart and changing a rubber washer, the hot water fixture was fixed.  Job complete.  As we are walking out the technician says " I won't charge for fixing the leak but I will have to charge you for the fixture".  I thought he was joking so I didn't think anything of it.  Until his next statement, it will be $79, let me go write you up an invoice in my truck.  I should have questioned the charge but was completely caught of guard, said nothing and wrote a check.   Synopsis:  plumber returns to fix leak that was already attempted to fix.  In the process of fixing you break the hot water knob, which may have been on its last leg but was working before you came.  Fix the knob, that you broke, then charge the customer for the work.  I can say with almost certainty they were only here for a total of 15-20 minutes.  And the charge was $79.  This was unbelievable and completely ridiculous.  We will never use the company again.

They were really friendly. They told us what else we needed because we didn't have the right parts and we went there to buy it so they can install it properly.

I have used them for over twenty years. They are the best. Last winter I had an issue with my pipes freezing, they found the cause of the problem and gave us a quick easy fix that I can even do on my own if it happens again. I have also used them when my bathtub was leaking and my toilet running.

Great experience and fairly priced.  Will be calling him again soon.

I have used his services many times in the past.  He is always prompt. He is very nice and kind.  I trust him.  His prices are very reasonable.

We called ASAP for an estimate on an interior  leak.    When He arrived, he and his partner, identified the problem and set to work.   The whole job from the time of arrival to departure took less than ten minutes. It was a simple job so we were very surprised when he handed us the bill.  especially when he told me over the phone that he wouldn't charge for the estimate.

They were recommended to us by a friend who lives in Salt Lake City. They were prompt, courteous and cleaned up.  They did good work and were fairly priced. We have one complaint about a new bathtub drain and we don’t like the style of the drain. We have noticed that they were listed in one of the issues of our local Angie’s newsletter.
