Agent Pest Control

David (Agent Pest Control) was on time, thorough, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He confirmed the likely point of entry for the squirrels getting into the house, a damaged gutter along the front roof, and came up with a plan to repair the gutters and set up one-way exits and/or cages to trap the squirrels, since my wife and I do not wish to kill them, just get them out of the house.

Felt very comfortable with David's explanation of what he was going to do. He wanted to thoroughly understand all my concerns up front, and then addressed all of them. He checked every location and treated places I would never have thought of. Very pleasant and professional. I've arranged to have him back every three months. My home exceeds the 3,000 sq/ft - so that is why the price was higher.

Dave is very passionate in what he does, and explains everything so you know what to expect. I'm very pleased with the fact I have seen no more cockroaches either inside or out, and no spiders inside. He truly helped make the basement a habitable place.

Contractor was on time and was very personable. Work was performed quickly and was very through. Will hire them again.

Dave, the owner of the company, arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was personable and professional.  Dave sprayed for ants and spiders and really went the extra mile to give me excellent service. I highly recommend him and his company. If it were possible to give Agent Pest Control an A+, I would do so gladly.

He was very responsive to our distress, he made changes in his schedule to start the treatments. He is very busy but said he would give us his best, and he did. David is very nice and comforting and understands how stressful this situation is.He gave us specific instructions of how to prep the house before he came to do the first treatment. We cleaned and emptied a lot of things to make our rooms appear totally vacant. He did a total of three treatments. I recommend him with the highest reviews. he is knowledgable, very professional and does a great job. I would recommend him to all my friends and family members. His fee was reasonable and we appreciate everything he did.

The experience was great and we felt good with the recommendation from Dave and also felt comfortable working with him as he was not pushy or suggesting things we thought we did not need.  Dave did a thorough job and we look forward to his follow-up visits to help us get things under control.  We would recommend Dave without hesitation, he's not just a good guy, he is passionate about what he does and wants your home to be a safe place to live and that is exactly what we were looking for!!

Routine

It has been over a month and I have no seen any mice, rats or any evidence of them in my house.  When he came by the pick up the traps he showed me the inside of the poison contains and it looks like a lot of mice chewed up the poison so it appears to have been effective.  Dave is very knowledgeable and thorough.  He went above and beyond what he was hired to do and I'm very happy to finally have a mouse free house :)

David's expertise and professionalism soothed my sister's concerns.  He advised us of the proper steps to take to eliminate hiding and nesting places, and placed the appropriate kinds of traps in multiple places, both inside and out.  We haven't seen any further evidence of rodent activity. And it is comforting to know that David will follow up with us in a few weeks to evaluate and advise if any further treatment is needed.  Thanks for everything, David! 

They came out and stayed 3 hours. I had a bunch of technical questions about the poisoning, and having pests around, and he could answer my questions very professionally, and other places were more casual. He was very good. He came out and spend a long time explaining what he was going to do, and that was very god. I looked up the spiders to see if what he was saying was true while he was doing the mouse traps, and they are flesh eating spiders, and they make tunnel webs instead of normal spider webs, so he was telling the truth. It scared me to death, and so I had him spray the spiders too. I wasn't sleeping for 3 days because of the mice, and he said I shouldn't put my clothes on the floor, because they get in the clothes and then bite you when you wear them again. He stayed 3 hours and went all over our property, and patched the holes, and talked more about the invasion. I know that he has the expertise, and he was will to teach me, and he gave me the exact formulation for the chemical he used for the spiders. He was very attentive to my concerns, and did a great job. He lost a client because he spent so much time here, because a client called and cancelled, but he could tell that I was at my wits end, and was willing to help me. He used 5 kinds of different traps and bait depending on the location. His punctuality was incredible.

Every communication with Dave has been very pleasant.  He guarantees his work.

David, took my spider problem seriously.  I had spiders downstairs and upstairs, Some were black and some were brown.
David sprayed inside and out. He was very informing on what I should do to  reduce my insects.  He's very professional and pleasant to open your house to. I am happy to report, within a week dead spiders were everywhere.  I am very, very happy with the results.  I am following the program he recommended because I know he knows what he's talking about.

Responded within in one day of my call.    Came when he said he would and sprayed every where we had a problem and pointed out some areas where we could move or cut back things to lessen our pest problem.    Gave me a homemade formula to use in between visits.   Very helpful, cordial and professional. 

Dave was very cheerful, efficient, and completed the work without any problems.
