Amazing! We had a flood and called them. Doug helped us out right away! He is the owner but because it was late on a Friday night he came out himself. He was so wonderful and made a horrible situation a little easier. Doug was very friendly, helpful and sympathetic. He cleaned up the carpet and left his fans to help it dry. He was able to save the pad so we did not have to replace anything! He also recommended us to a great guy to re-stretch the carpet when everything was taken care of. Absolutely would use again and recommend to others!

As usual, we are very pleased with the results.  My wife thinks it's the best carpet cleaning results she's seen.  They went over each area twice or more until it looked good.  They even showed up a little early for the appointment!  We heard that they're the oldest steam carpet cleaning company in Utah. As far as we are concerned, that may be true.  It's nice to have people come and do their job, not try to up-sell you, make sure it's done right, and then leave and get out of your way.

Bruce did a great job with the carpet cleaning. He gave us a 20 percent discount for a empty house. He sold us a bottle of cleaner for spot cleaning for between cleanings too, stuff works great. They removed the true stains be cannot fully restore the wear areas of the carpet that just plain "worn down" but, it did signifantly improve those wear areas. ALSO SEE BEEHIVE DUCT... Bruce own's this business too and does a great job with that too and is a remediation specialist!!
