Window Service
Unfortunately hired this company to replace all the windows in my home. They arrived with one of the new windows broken. Promised a replacement time of approximately 3 weeks which I thought was a long time, but agreed. I still have not received a replacement window 3 months later. Unfortunately I have e-mailed customer service and the owner and still have not received the replacement. They were paid in full. Completing the job I would think would be the bare minimum.
