They impressed us from the start with their energy, high attention to detail, lack of self-aggrandizing focus as opposed to simply presenting compelling facts about their past successes representing other clients coupled with an intimate knowledge of our part of the Valley as they lived on the East Bench themselves - along with an unfailing ability to clearly answer our many screening questions in a straight-forward manner. Lori and Lisa followed through after going under contract with us on every commitment made including keeping us informed of all the steps that would be undertaken, accommodating our schedules and following up with all the realtors who brought through prospective buyers. They adjusted their marketing plan (i.e. open houses) and materials (i.e. MLS Listing description) in accordance to our needs or suggestions while making sure all reasonable tools were deployed to our benefit. We were very pleased with this outstanding team's ability to pull in three offers within two weeks of our house going on the market out down only by our admiration for how masterfully and professionally they worked the trio of offers to our benefit while working seamlessly with the buyer's agent to assure their client was fairly treated too.
