We cannot adequately express how thankful we were to have such an amazing response to our mid afternoon call.  When we noticed a few yellow jackets flying around in the house, we contacted Cecily at Wasatch Exterminators.  The technicians were already booked for the day so we were on the schedule for early a.m. the following day.  Within a half hour we discovered the entry point (a hole chewed through the ceiling drywall) for these angry little fellows.  They were soon swarming in the dining room in greater numbers and were very agitated.  Thankfully I only had a few stings before we managed to block the access  hole.  I called Cecily again and she arranged to have a technician (Reggie) here within two hours.  We commend them highly for the quick response and professional manner in which our issue was handled.

I can't say anything bad - they were available almost immediately to do the work, coordinated with my tenant, and didn't modify the cost from the quote given me on the phone.

I had attempted to poison them myself, but wanted to be sure the job was
done properly. The nest was in fact not all the way dead and the
representative they sent found the nest, dug it up, poisoned it
thoroughly, and advised me about how to follow up.
He showed up exactly at the appointed time, was courteous, professional, and helpful. Highly recommended.

When I called, the person who answered was polite and professional. I was able to schedule the inspection for the morning of the following day. Eric, the service technician was prompt, professional, thorough and informative. He completed the inspection and the required paperwork on the spot. I was more than pleased with my experience with Bug Busters.

The sprayed for bugs in 3 or 4 birch trees.  It got rid of the bugs.  We had questions about fungus on other trees and they said they could do it in the fall, but it would be a waste since the leaves would fall off in a month or so anyways, so they would be better doing it in the spring.

They were very responsive when we called to schedule an appointment and get an estimate.  For the most part the number of spiders in the house has dropped significantly, but we still have them on occasion.

Had the trees sprayed twice, Sept of 2009 and April of 2010.  Was not too effective, since half the trees were lost - but maybe it was too late.

It went very well.  I called on Monday and they came the next day, they did my whole house, and it was very pleasant.  It took care of my ant problem.  He was here at the exact time he said he would be here, and the person who came was nice and didn’t push privacy issues.  I have even recommended them.

We were very pleased to make personal contact with them when we had difficulties getting in contact with other franchise companies. They came out within an hour and we were very pleased with the service.

They are pretty responsive. They have been willing to go back if we've had problems where we can't eliminate the pests the first time. They are little bit light on the poison which is good for liability. I think their plan is safe. I will keep using them.

My wife called them. I don't know why she picked them. I think they were easy to access. The guy came out right away. As far as I know they did a great job. They explained everything they were using. They did it pretty quickly. We didn't have to pick my son off route. It was quick and easy service. The price was good. We would use them again in the future.

Everything was excellent.

He was punctual, knowledgeable, honest, and just an all around great guy to have out to the house.

I called on Friday afternoon and they came on Monday morning. Cody was on time and very nice. He was able to easily tell me what was wrong with my trees (fungus and mildew) and was ready to spray them right then. He did say that spraying the trees would get rid of the problem, but that it would probably be a good idea to spray them again next spring to make sure it wouldn't happen again next year. The first tree was $50, and the second tree was $20. It took about 15 minutes and was pretty clean. I will be calling them again.

They called ahead of time to say that they were on their way and to make sure that I was home. I have had this company for 14 years. They do a wonderful job. They are very knowledgeable. I have referred this company to a few other people. I trust them.

The company was very efficient. They answered questions very well. They were professional and courteous. I would recommend them to friends and family.
