It went well. There was a misunderstanding about the application of a teflon coating at the end. I thought I had ordered it initially, they maintained I had not, so I was surprised with a $300 additional amount owing. That was most irritating. Their work, however, is excellent.

Ok. Would have preferred a material that matched some other chairs.

Wardell Upholstery did a beautiful job repairing a very treasured and valuable antique sofa I inherited from my parents.  The sofa had been damaged in a small fire, but fortunately, we had additional fabric.
Wardell Upholstery was prompt, professional and outstanding in the quality of their work.  They came to my home to give me an appraisal.  They picked up the sofa before repair and delivered it back to me after the repair. 
I am a demanding customer who expects the highest quality of work.  Wardell Upholstery not only satisfied my expectations, but exceeded my expectations.  I waited nearly a year to write a review about their work to be certain that the results stood the test of time. 

The owner came yo my home and helped me find the right fabric and explained in detail how they would rebuild the couch. They did a superb job for about $1000.00 including accent pillows with high end fringe. Wardell finished well before time estimated in time for the Holidays and under budget quoted. $800.00 We feel like we have 2 new leather couches! I would highly recommend this company. They are small enough to listen and take the time for quality work.

They did good work, but they did not follow instructions.  They put the fabric on upside-down.  They did not take responsibility for their mistake and said it was due to my not telling them correctly.  They did apologize and take some off the total.  They take a long time and they are rather pricey.

Kenny was always polite, helpful, communicative, and charming. |Their work is exceptionally well done. They always called if there was a change or if they had a suggestion.

Overall, the experience went well.  However, we chose a fabric with a pattern which needed to be centered in order to look right.  On one of the benches, the fabric/pattern wasn't centered so it looks a little off.  This probably seems picky and it may be something that only I notice but it is a bit distracting.

They were great in helping me pick out the denim fabric.  The love seat turned out beautifully, and was ready when they said it would be.  They were very helpful getting the sofa tied down in the truck for the ride back home also.  Just love how it looks.

First of all, I was told it would be about three weeks for them to perform the work.  I believe it took at least five weeks, almost double the time.  When the furniture finally arrived, the fabric had been put on the chairs backwards.  Granted, it was a fabric with a very slight pattern, but still, it was obvious to me that it was on backwards.  The person with whom I had been working offered to give me a discount if I would take the chairs "as is."  I considered it, because even with the fabrics on backwards, they still looked nice.  However, in order for me to even consider it, I was thinking something in the neighborhood of 50 percent off.  He offered to knock $100 off each chair,  and each chair cost $700. I said that wasn't enough to make a difference, and I pointed out that they would have to spend additional time taking off the fabric and reupholstering it, which would cost them more money.    He said that wasn't a problem because the employee who put it on backwards would have to do it on his own time.  I ended up sending the chairs back and they redid them.  I probably wouldn't use them again.

I called because my cushions were flattening out on my 10 year old couch and love seat. They told me to bring the cushions in the next day. They felt the foams were in really good shape despite the fact they were flattening. Happens when you don't flip the cushions enough. they just needed to reposition the foam and replace the cotton. They said it would take about 3-4 days. They called me when they were done in 2 days. I'm very pleased with the cushions. It's now been about 5 months and were still happy with the money we didn't spend on new furniture. I think they are a very honest and hardworking business.

Starting only with measurements they helped us select fabric and choose the pad materials and type to create the exact product we were looking for. The final product was excellent, fit perfectly in the space, and was delivered one day early of my pretty tigh time requirement.

Like I said ,fantastic.  Everyone else including dealer wanted a fortune and wanted to remove the seat.  These guys just sat next to the seat and stitched.  Great.

The staff at Wardells were great.  They went over each element of my restoration project ,and outlined choices & pricing.  They were great at checking in if they had a question,and the work was finished exactly as promised.

This is actually the 3rd project that Wardell's has completed for me in recent years. These guys do great work and were helpful in pointing me to the right fabric book in their vast inventory. These were 4 dreadful cushions that were on 2 chairs at our summer home in MT. The chairs are so fun that I wanted to keep them rather than shop for new ones. The fabric on them was another story and for years I covered them up with throws. After purchasing a new sofa I decided now was the time to get these re done. With the help of Wayne and my husband I found the perfect fabric and left cushions to be Upholstered. Even their Dad cracked up at the old fabric and stuffing. Two weeks later they were done and look and now sit so much better. Please keep in mind that a major portion of the cost is the fabric and this kind of work in labor intensive. These gentlemen are craftsman and every job they have done for me has been excellent. I highly recommend them.
