I found a treasure; an old audio tape of my deceased mother-in-law's biographical interview. In two more days it would have been her 103rd birthday. We miss her, but it's so good to hear her voice again as she discusses life events. I brought this treasure to Mark at VIDEO WHOLESALE SERVICES. He worked his magic, and made CD copies to share with family. The copies are amazing; so clear! Although the original tape was difficult to hear, Mark made great copies. We couldn't be happier. Mark's equipment is the best around. Top notch. And Mark is so pleasant, and nice to deal with. His shop is cozy with a lot of fascinating visuals. His pricing is exceptionally fine, especially considering the quality of his work.

We where told by the technician that did the work that the laptop wasn't bad, had one virus - but not a major one, and it just took him a minute.  When asked why the price was so high, he said "I don't know, I don't make the prices".  When we talked to the owner, he said it was a major, 4 hour, job.
