The estimator really understood my desire to have a "green" product. He provided many alternatives and was quite knowledgeable about how their products were manufactured. He was very professional and trust worthy. After the project started communication suffered somewhat due to conflicts with the electrician. The communication problems resulted in delays in the work being completed and some minor modifications that we had to make on our own.

Crew was fast and tidy. Only problem was sales rep stated the company accepted credit cards while the crew stated the company only accepted checks. Payment policy needs to be clear.

I called this company three times to get a quote for attic insulation. I finally got a call back from someone on a cell phone and was given a quote twice as high as any other company. I belive I was getting a high quote to get me to "go away". They must have more than enough business.

After recently buying a 30 year-old house I wanted to see if we needed more insulation in the attic. The representative came within 3 days of my call, came on-time and was very nice. He climbed in the attic and showed me what he was evaluating. Amazingly, he said I didn't need any additional insulation and adding more would be a waste of money! He answered all my questions and gave me a lot of useful information. I would definitely recommend them.

Two workers arrived on time and completed the installation in less than 2 hours. Both workers were very polite and very neat. When the work was completed there was no mess left for me to clean up. The completed job cost the exact amount of the estimate provided. I highly recommend Vander Veur.

Overall, I had a good experience with Vander VEUR Insulation. However, both of the contractors spoke primarily Spanish. Communication was, of course, somewhat hindered because of this. I feel the company would be more professional if the workers spoke better English.
