They were very professional, have a nice showroom and had great ideas for window coverings to fit our budget. We were able to select material from one fabricator to fit a product with features we wanted from another fabricator. The blinds were done when promised, but unfortunately it took 3 weeks longer than promised for the roman shades. We were very frustrated by the delays (our new bathroom was completed before the shades were!!!!).
