If you ever have a flood, it can be so overwhelming, but hats off to Judd and the Utah Flood team for coming to our rescue! They were RIGHT THERE, every step of the way, from dealing with the damage to making the necessary repairs, keeping me updated on what they were doing and why. Judd is extremely professional and I appreciated his communication to help me understand what was happening along the way, as it was a several day process ripping out carpet, walls and more. As stressful as the situation was, he and his staff calmly went about restoring my home to the way it was before the basement flood. I truly hope we never have to go through a flood again, but if so, without a doubt, Judd and Utah Flood is who we'd call.
Description of Work: We discovered water in a basement bedroom just weeks after we bought our house. After problem-solving the sprinkler system, we discovered the flooding was coming from the adjacent bathroom. The showerhead was pouring water every time we showered but the seller of the home had stuffed the pipes with sponges so the leak wasn't detected at the home inspection. The water kept pooling in the wall and the carpet, so by the time we discovered the flooding, it was quite a soggy mess!
